North of Rochester and Wakefield, the Seven Lakes area has an extensive snowmobile trail system maintained by the Seven Lakes Snowmobile Club.

Note: since many of the connector trails cross lakes which freeze unevenly, make sure to purchase the current season map from the snowmobile club.

While snowmobiling Seven Lakes, all snowmobiles must have a New Hampshire OHRV registration decal. To obtain a NH OHRV registration decal, you will need to show proof of member ship in a New Hampshire snowmobile club, such as the Seven Lakes Snowmobile Club.

Overall, Seven Lakes is the 16th most popular snowmobile trail of all 31 snowmobiling rides in New Hampshire.
