South of Ennis in the Beaverhead-Deerlodge National Forest, the Black Butte / Lobo Mesa Loop has 25 miles of groomed snowmobile trails. The Trail starts at Lyon Bridge, 33 mi S of Ennis on Hwy 287. Black Butte Cabin at end of trail is avail for rent. Snowmobile trails uses existing roads and trails to form this 50 mi. loop through the Gravelly Range. Also, 12 mi. marked route around Flatiron Mountain begins and returns to Standard Creek Rd.

Located near the junction of Hwy 287 and W. Fork Rd 209 (33 mi S Ennis)
