This park is located 20 miles east of Concord off SR156 on Mountain Road.
Note: All of the roads in the park are closed during the winter to vehicular travel. The road leading to the main parking area is plowed. Snowmobiling is permitted on all the roads.
While snowmobiling Pawtuckaway State Park, all snowmobiles must have a New Hampshire OHRV registration decal. To obtain a NH OHRV registration decal, you will need to show proof of member ship in a New Hampshire snowmobile club, such as the Southern NH Snow Slickers Club.
Overall, Pawtuckaway State Park is the 19th most popular snowmobile trail of all 31 snowmobiling rides in New Hampshire. Several of the better snowmobile trails are nearby Pawtuckaway State Park including Warner, Laconia, Andover , Henniker, Bristol and Belmont.
