West of Concord in Merrimack County, the Henniker area has an extensive network of groomed snowmobile trails. The Henniker Snowmobile Trails are maintained by the Henniker Trail Travelers club.

To reach the Park & Ride snowmobile trailhead for the Henniker Snowmobile Trails in East Henniker from the intersection of SR 114 and Old Routes 9 and 202, go southeast on SR 114 for 1.2 miles. Veer left onto Bennett Rd. and go just over 2 miles to the Park and Ride. The road will merge with River Road.

While snowmobiling Henniker, all snowmobiles must have a New Hampshire OHRV registration decal. To obtain a NH OHRV registration decal, you will need to show proof of member ship in a New Hampshire snowmobile club, such as the Henniker Trail Travelers.

Overall, Henniker is the 18th most popular snowmobile trail of all 31 snowmobiling rides in New Hampshire. Several of the better snowmobile trails are nearby Henniker including Warner, Bristol, Laconia, Pawtuckaway State Park, Andover and Belmont.
