North of Concord near Bristol, there is an extensive network of groomed snowmobile trails. The Bristol Snowmobile Trails are maintained by the Pemi-Valley Snowmobile Club.

To reach the snowmobiling trailhead from Bristol and US93, use Exit 23. If northbound, turn left. If southbound, turn right. Follow SR104 and then turn right on SR3A. Turn left on West Short Road and follow the signs to Wellington State Park.

While snowmobiling Bristol, all snowmobiles must have a New Hampshire OHRV registration decal. To obtain a NH OHRV registration decal, you will need to show proof of member ship in a New Hampshire snowmobile club, such as the Pemi-Valley Snowmobile Club.

Overall, Bristol is the 21st most popular snowmobile trail of all 31 snowmobiling rides in New Hampshire. Several of the better snowmobile trails are nearby Bristol including Warner, Henniker, Laconia, Pawtuckaway State Park, Andover and Belmont.
