North of Concord, Canterbury area has an extensive network of groomed snowmobile trails. The Canterbury Snowmobile Trails are maintained by the SnoShakers Club.

The Sno-Shakers groom 127 miles of snowmobile trails in Loudon and Canterbury.

While snowmobiling Canterbury, all snowmobiles must have a New Hampshire OHRV registration decal. To obtain a NH OHRV registration decal, you will need to show proof of member ship in a New Hampshire snowmobile club, such as the SnoShakers Club.

Overall, Canterbury is the 25th most popular snowmobile trail of all 31 snowmobiling rides in New Hampshire. Several of the better snowmobile trails are nearby Canterbury including Warner, Henniker, Bristol, Laconia, Pawtuckaway State Park and Andover .
