The Sheyenne Valley Trail East snowmobiling system is located in the southern portion of North Dakota and primarily covers Cass County. Two clubs maintain and groom the trails within this association: Red River Sno-Riders and Rural Cass Snowmobile Club. The Red River Sno-Riders maintain approximately 100 miles. Their snowmobile trail includes the towns of Wild Rice, Hickson, Christine, Walcott, Kindred, Davenport, and Horace. The Rural Cass Snowmobile Club maintains about 60 miles of trail, connecting Amenia, Casselton, Mapleton, Davenport and Leonard, Arthur, Argusville, and Harwood. The Sheyenne Valley Trail East system includes nice ditch riding, as well as some off road riding. The trail is groomed regularly. The Sheyenne Valley Trail East system connects with the Sheyenne Valley Trail West system for even more snowmobile riding fun.

Overall, East Central Valley Trail System is the 13th most popular snowmobile trail of all 17 snowmobiling rides in North Dakota.
