Souttheast of Portland and Government Camp, there is an extensive snowmobile trail network southeast of Mt Hood. The Mt Hood snowmobile trail system is accessed by either the Frog Lake Sno Park or the Skyline SnoPark.

Overall, Mt Hood is the 11th most popular snowmobile trail of all 30 snowmobiling rides in Oregon.
