Southeast of Roseburg and south of Crater Lake in the Winema National Forest, the Cold Springs trail system starts from the Annie Creek Snopark in the north and heads south to Pelican Butte.

The snowmobile snopark for Cold Springs is located north of Ft Klamath on SR62.

Overall, Cold Springs is the 14th most popular snowmobile trail of all 30 snowmobiling rides in Oregon. Several of the better snowmobile trails are nearby Cold Springs including Diamond Lake, Crater Lake - Annie Creek and Thousand Springs Sno Park.
