Northeast of Edmonton, the St Paul area has 110km of groomed snowmobile trails. One of the more popular routes is the Bellevue Ferry Trail that heads south for 50km to the North Saskatchewan River. The Iron Horse Trail interconnects with the snowmobiling trails in St Paul.

The snowmobile trails are maintained by the St Paul Trailblazers snowmobile club.

Overall, St Paul is the 36th most popular snowmobile trail of all 47 snowmobiling rides in Alberta. Several of the better snowmobile trails are nearby St Paul including Edson, Fort McMurray, Fort Saskatchewan, Swan, Grande Prairie and Athabasca.
