Columbia Valley Snowmobiling

The 5th most popular snowmobile trail in British Columbia.

Near Invermere, the Columbia Valley has miles of snowmobile trails. The valley is broken down into several snowmobiling areas.

The Forster Creek area is the most popular and has two staging areas to access 32km of groomed snowmobile trails. Elevations in this area reach up to 8,000 feet and there are two lakes near by that are accessible to the more advanced rider.

The Paradise and the Rocky Point/Kain Creek riding areas are groomed, steep and challenging.

The Brewer Creek/Doctor Creek riding areas are occasionally groomed by local clubs. Brewer Creek is located off Hawke Road. Doctor Creek is situated approximately 25 kilometres up Findlay Creek Road.

These trails are maintained by the Windermere Valley Snowmobile Society.
