Southeast of Prince Albert, the Melfort area has 100km of snowmobile trails that roll through prairie and forest.

Overall, Melfort is the 13th most popular snowmobile trail of all 17 snowmobiling rides in Saskatchewan. Several of the better snowmobile trails are nearby Melfort including Candle Lake, Nipawin, Meadow Lake, Forest Fringe, Narrow Hills Provincial Park and Lac La Ronge.
