Northeast of Toronto and west of Ottawa, the Lake St Peter area has a 300km snowmobile trail network maintained by the Maple Leaf Snowskimmers club. The snowmobile trails branch out from Lake St. Peter, as a hub, northwest to Whitney (B106E), north to Madawaska (173/175), east to Combermere (E109), south to Bancroft (B106E), west to Martins Mill (E109) and southeast to Baptiste Lake (E109/179).

Note: A valid permit is required to ride these snowmobile trails.

Overall, Lake St Peter is the 36th most popular snowmobile trail of all 37 snowmobiling rides in Ontario.
