South of Ashtabula, the Western Reserve Greenway is an extensive multi-use trail system along an old railroad grade. During the winter, the 27 mile Greenway is used by snowmobiliers.
Southwest of Cleveland, the 5,000 acre Mohican-Memorial State Forest has 7 miles of trails for snowmobiles. For Mohican Memorial State Forest snowmobiling, all snowmobiles must have an Ohio registration sticker displayed in plain sight on the vehicle.
North of Warren, the 4,000 acre Mosquito State Park has 20+ miles of trails open to snowmobilers. Snowmobilers have access to 14 miles of shoreline and 15 miles of wooded trails.
